Dominic DelPapa is one of two partners at IKON Public affairs and the firm’s manager of western operations. With nearly 30 years in the field of strategic communications, DelPapa has developed an intense focus on delivering demonstrable results for clients in creative concepts, branding, media strategies and media placement. DelPapa joined IKON in 1998 and migrated to Denver, Colorado in 2000 after leading advocates of light rail to their first electoral victory in the state. From there IKON’s western practice has spread to projects across the intermountain west on behalf of clients in Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada and Texas.

Since 1985, DelPapa has held leadership communications positions with public and private enterprises as well as managed over 200 political campaigns. The intense and complex requirements of communications in the political arena has given DelPapa an advantage in delivering quick, focused and persuasive results in the areas of crisis communications and marketing strategies. His work has won recognition in the field of technology marketing and been validated through a number of highly improbable campaign victories over the past three decades.

DelPapa holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Allegheny College (1980, Meadville, PA). He has served on the board of directors of Arts for Colorado and the Colorado Nano Technology Association. He lives with his wife Jenifer and step-son Bailey in Denver.

Jessica Congdon is the Media Services Manager at IKON. Over the past four years Ms. Congdon has played an integral part in developing the firm’s media planning and buying software, and has developed systems and procedures to streamline media acquisition projects. Ms. Congdon develops and maintains a network of critical relationships with media representatives, outlets and agents with advertising channels across the United States to provide clients with immediate knowledge on the best configurations for their needs and to provide maximum value for advertising dollars.

Since beginning her tenure, Ms. Congdon has placed over $20,000,000 in media of all types for IKON and iKue clients. Most recently she has created and managed an innovative media mix across multiple Western states on behalf of non-profit conservation group. Her experience also encompasses work for commercial, consumer, public affairs and campaign clients.

Ms. Congdon received her B.A. in Philosophy, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and M.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Denver. Her academic concentration is in the politics of the former Soviet province of Nagorno-Karabakh, which has come in handy for many of our clients. You can occasionally catch her at local wine tastings and festivals around Denver when not managing the affairs of her two daughters.

Lynne Ray is a Senior Associate of IKON Public Affairs and iKue Digital Media and is the firm's lead client services director. With twenty years experience in sales, marketing and client relations, her focus is account and client management and the planning and buying of digital media for iKue and Ikon clients. Lynne will also be responsible for developing new business, marketing strategy and integrated online campaigns.

Lynne has developed comprehensive marketing and business development programs for clients in the fashion, industrial services and recruitment and staffing industries. She has also had direct managerial experience running large business operations and overseeing employee development programs. Past positions include Sales and Enrollment Manager at Synergy Services Corporation and Director of Operations for MBH Enterprises Inc.

Lynne holds a BA from Colorado State University. Active in local civic affairs, Lynne currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Denver Fire Department. She and her family live in Denver.
